Here's the good news: A cool new technology takes the guesswork out of your training. With the help of the Beast Sensor—a rugged, magnetic motion sensor—you can quantify the quality of your workouts down to the rep.

The sensor tracks each exercise you perform during a workout using high-tech accelerometers and gyroscopes, then relays all the information it collects to your smartphone, which displays it in time for you to make adjustments to your training on the fly.
