This week's STACK Challenge tests your quickness, agility, conditioning and explosiveness with nothing but a simple weight bench.
To complete the 30-second Bench Jump test:
- Begin on the left side of the bench with both feet parallel to the bench
- Jump laterally onto the bench with both feet
- Jump down to the right side
- Repeat as quickly as possible, counting each tap of the bench as one rep
Complete as many Bench Jumps as possible in 30 seconds.
