Conor McGregor's Ab Workout For UFC 202 Looks Insanely Painful

Definitely don't try McGregor's ab workout at home, folks.

On Saturday night, Conor McGregor will look to avenge his shocking loss to Nate Diaz at UFC 196 when the two fighters get back in the ring for the main card of UFC 202, and McGregor is not playing around with his preparation for the sequel. In fact, the abs portion of his training looks more like a punishment for losing the initial fight than an actual technique to strengthen his core.

As a part of his torturous ab circuit, McGregor performs 25 Suitcase Crunches followed by maintaining a Hollow Body Hold for 10-15 seconds while his trainer literally punches him in the stomach over and over again. It looks terrible, and McGregor's screams do nothing to dispel the notion that he's experiencing excruciating pain. But McGregor isn't actually human, so maybe he's fine.
