With over 90 million units sold worldwide, NBA 2K is one of the biggest video game franchises in history.
The latest installment, NBA 2K20, was released on September 6th. To say fans are disappointed in the product so far would be an understatement.
In fact, #Fix2k20 was the number one trending hashtag on Twitter this morning.
Criticisms of the game include an overabundance of micro-transactions, interminably long loading screens, extreme difficulty in making shots, network issues, and multiple animation and gameplay mechanic glitches:

The user reviews for the various editions of NBA2K20 on Metacritic are currently hovering around 1.0 out of 10.0, and the Steam reviews aren't much better.
Many fans are calling for significant patches to address the game's myriad issues. Developer 2K Sports will surely make some adjustments in an effort to appease their rabid fanbase.
