Hess recently posted a video to Instagram of 31-year-old Nuggets shooting guard Randy Foye working out. In a controlled manner, Foye holds a weight plate and walks slowly backwards up an incline. The exercise might not seem like much, but it's a great way to fire up your glutes and engage the muscles in the back of your legs, which will translate directly to your ability to be explosive on the basketball court.
