Just three weeks after suffering a torn meniscus the day after his Australian Open semifinals loss to Novak Djokovic, Roger Federer returned to the practice court. Maybe more impressive, though, are his post-surgery hops.

Federer tweeted out a few pictures of himself leaping into the air while his trainer tosses a med ball, which Federer catches, then rotates it to either his right or left side in midair before throwing it back and landing. It's a great exercise for any player rehabbing from a knee injury, but Federer's vertical leap is a sight to behold.
He captioned the photos "Trying to be like [Spider-Man]," but we're not sure Peter Parker could ever jump this high.
