In the video below, the 2012 Olympic gold medalist performs an Explosive Cable Push-Pull. Driving through his lower body, Joshua activates his glutes and core, while explosively rowing with one arm and punching with the other. This exercise mirrors the exact movement pattern of a punch, helping him develop his knockout power.
