Alex Caruso doesn't necessarily look like your average NBA player, but the dude can ball.
A 25-year-old guard for the Los Angeles Lakers, Caruso averaged 9.2 points, 3.1 assists and 2.7 rebounds per game last season.
He gained a cult following for his unexpected feats of athleticism, such as this rebound dunk that blew LeBron James' mind:
Last week, photos of Caruso looking exceptionally jacked emerged online. The man who's listed at 6-foot-4, 186 pounds suddenly looked like an NFL middle linebacker:

But as you might've already guessed, those shots were photo-shopped. This is what the original photos looked like.
The fact the photos were digitally-altered didn't stop the NBA from giving Caruso a "random" drug test this week:

"Last week: photoshopped weight room pic of me surfaces on social media," Caruso wrote on Instagram. "This week: random offseason drug test".
