Who would think one of the world's best motivational speakers is a kid? If you're having trouble getting motivated, just listen to "The Young Jamaican Trainer." His positive attitude and go get em' mentality will make any person want to work out, even lazy people.
He may be young, but he's determined to help you get fit and strong. "Strength, no weakness, me don't do weakness, me do muscle," he says in his video.
If you watch more of his videos, you will learn that he started young. You will see him doing Pull-Ups when he was 6. Pretty impressive.
He trains with more than Push-Ups, Dips and Pull-Ups. Watch him combine Push-Ups with basketball ball-handling drills. He reminds us that if we mess up, we need to keep trying; that's how we build muscle and get better.
In the video below, watch how he makes his father and brother do Push-Ups as he counts them out.
At the end of the video, he assures us that if we keep listening to him we'll be fine. "Listen to the young Jamaican trainer, everything go fine."
