Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown is addicted to working out. Click over to his Instagram story on any given day and you'll find a collection of videos of Brown putting in work as he hones his craft during the offseason, be it solo, with Chad Johnson or with his adorable young son.
Though he stands just 5-foot-10 and weighs only 180 pounds, Brown possesses the physical gifts of someone much larger. His latest feat, in collaboration with Nike, offers further proof of what an athletic freak he truly is.
Brown gets into a Side Plank, holds it for 60 seconds, then has someone off camera throw footballs at him to see how many he can catch with one hand. The answer is a ridiculous 53. He dropped only a single pass. The exercise not only helps Brown keep laser focus on catching the football while his body is under duress, but it also strengthens his core. Brown apparently learned he has weak abdominal muscles after taking a functional movement test this offseason.
With Martavis Bryant back from suspension, Le'Veon Bell in the backfield, and the Steelers drafting JuJu Smith-Schuster, look for Pittsburgh to again sport a prolific offense, led, of course, by Antonio Brown.
