Justin Porter, CSCS, earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and a Master's in Exercise Science from Cleveland State University. Throughout his education, he has surveyed past, present, and new research in strength and conditioning exercise. He specializes in performance enhancement through muscle balance and interval training to increase aerobic endurance.
