Mike Whitman

Mike Whitman is the Director of Training for SMARTER Team Training. He previously served as performance director of a training facility, site manager for the health and wellness program of a multinational corporation, and consultant for the Under Armour E39 project. Whitman has worked with current and former NCAA, NFL, NBA, MLB, MLL and NLL athletes, as well as clients ranging from ages 13 to 58. He attended Towson University, where he interned under Coach Rob Taylor at the Gordon Institute for Sports Performance and volunteered at SMARTER Team Training events. He graduated with a degree in Exercise Science in 2011. Whitman is currently certified as a USA Weightlifting Sport Performance Coach and a National Strength and Conditioning Association Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
